These terms apply to Jake Campus Nutrition mobile or digital application (App), the website at www.jcn.co.nz (Website) and associated fitness and nutrition services and products provided through them (Fitness Products), which are owned by JakeCampus.com LTD (NZ) and (JC GROUP AU PTY LTD) (AUS).

Jake Campus Nutrition offers a variety of Fitness Products that are promoted via the Website and App.

We recommend all clients have a medical checkup prior to starting their nutrition program – By accepting the terms and conditions below, you understand it is your responsibility whether or not you choose to have this checkup and that any health issues or mental illnesses prior to or throughout your program must be shared with Jake Campus Nutrition. Any relevant results from the medical assessment must be passed on to Jake Campus Nutrition.

You understand that the team at Jake Campus Nutrition are not medical physicians; they consult and recommend nutrition services only. If you have any future queries or concerns regarding your meal plans or health, you will inform the team at Jake Campus Nutrition immediately. For medical advice, you know to seek your doctor for further assessment and share these results with your nutritionist.

Your Jake Campus Nutrition plan has been customised to you and your lifestyle. By accepting the terms, you agree not to share or sell to anyone else. Questions or concerns are to be emailed to info@jcn.co.nz, and they are NOT to be shared on any social media platforms. By accepting the terms, you understand that any slander of Jake Campus Nutrition on Social Media can cause defamation to the company.

Nutrition applications will not proceed to the program unless these have been accepted.

All JCN online programs are restricted to clients who are 18 years old or over. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you consent that you are 18 or over. If you seek nutritional advice and you are under the age of 18, you must contact our customer support team to discuss further options.

Currency: All prices are shown and processed in AUD (Australian Dollars).

Cancellation: All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations including medical, pregnancy or if the service is not being used or for any reason at all, if you would like to cancel before your minimum term is reached. This is a strict refund policy, and there will be no negotiations. Failure to pay for the program's minimum term will result in debt collection agency recovery, including additional fees and legal action.

If you wish to cancel after your minimum term is completed, you will be required to complete a cancellation request form via our website. This can take up to 7 business days to action or be responded to.
