How do I know if I'll get accepted?
This challenge is designed for busy women who are ready to commit to 14 days of structure and consistency. If that's you, you're in. We just use the application to understand your goals and make sure we can support you properly.
Is this personalised to me?
The nutrition and training guides are non-personalised. You will be taught by Jake via learning videos to set up your own nutrition. The training plans have been built to suit a wide range of busy women. Alongside nutrition education & a 5-day training split, you will receive meal inspiration, and food swap guides so you can apply the principles to your life but it's not a 1:1 personalised plan.
What results can I expect in 14 days?
Everyone's different, but this challenge is built to feel more energised, and finally get some momentum back. More than anything, it's about proving to yourself that you can follow through and build consistency again. Depending on your current lifestyle choices & weight, you could expect to drop 1.5–3kg by tidying up your habits.
What apps will i need to complete this challenge ?
- A Facebook account — you'll be added to our private group once you join the challenge. - The JCN app — we'll send you the download link and you'll set up your account from there. - Regular access to your email — this is where we'll send updates and key info throughout your 2 weeks, so check in often to stay on track.
