Does the nutrition cater to dietary requirements?
Yes, all nutrition plans are custom created to the individual. You will complete a initial questionairre once signing up to your chosen plan, this is where you will list any allergies, intolerances or preferences for your diet.
Who do I get to work with on the one-off nutrition?
You will work with one of our qualified dieticians who will guide you through each phase of your journey.
What are the inclusions of the Platinum plan?
- One set of custom macros or a meal plan. - Structured training plans based on your goals. - Weekly check-ins. - Option to add fortnightly coaching calls. - Steps/cardio targets. - Supplement prescription. - JCN app access to access your plans as well as our app features.
Is training included in this plan?
Yes, Platinum coaching includes customised training programs that are designed based on your body composition goals. These are created in 6 week training blocks where you will track your workouts to progress each week before moving on to your next training block.
Can i do this plan if i am pregnant?
Yes, our dieticians & nutritionists are qualified to work with pregnant & postnatal clients. Please ensure you specify this in your pre assessment form in detail so we can ensure your plans are suited to your bodies current requirements.
