6.4kg loss in only 8 weeks!
I loved seeing the results week after week which motivated me to push through in the last few weeks when things got harder.
I learned how to control my hunger as we got towards the end of the challenge as well as maintaining slightly higher calories after week 8.
After 3 months off training and a big holiday I wanted to look lean and get back into training again before summer which I have achieved.
This is my second challange with Jake and will definitely be doing another one in 2025 to build on the back of this.
