Who is the challenge suited to?
The challenge is suited to those looking to achieve 5-10kg of fat loss in an 8 week time frame. This is not a lifestyle approach and will be a shorter and sharper calorie deficit due to the 8 week timeline.
When do my payments start after signing up?
Your 8 weeky payments for the challenge will begin from the date you sign up. Your payments will end after your 8th payment is completed.
Who do i get to work with on the challenge?
You will be working 1:1 with our nutritionist/dietician throughout the enitery of the challenge.
Can i cancel my subscrition after signing up?
Not within your minimum term. There is a strict no refund or cancellation policy in place for our services. Therefore, you will not be granted a cancellation or refund for any reason including medical reasons after you make your initial sign up payment. Debt collection will be used for those that do not complete their payments in a timely manner which can result in additional fees and affect your personal credit rating.

No, you will need to decide which approach you would like to follow for the entirey of your challenge. If you are a confident macro tracker, you can use the calories shown in your meal plan.
Can i do this plan if i am pregnant?
As this is a 8 week fat loss challenge, it will not be the best approach to manage your health and goals during your pregnancy. Our nutritionists are qualified to work with prgnancy and postpartum clients and can do so on one of our other coaching packages.
Is the training personalised during the challenge?
No, our challenge training plans are carefully created by head coach Jake Campus. These are structured for the timeline of the challenge to give the intended results. If you cannot perform certain exercises or have injuries, please send us an email or make mention in your assessment form and your coach will be able to suggest alternatives to movements.
